Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Transfer to Arusha



Distance: Approx. 55 km
Drive Time: 1–1.5 hours
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be warmly welcomed by your safari driver-guide and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, a peaceful town nestled at the foot of Mount Meru. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore Arusha or relax at the lodge.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Full-Day Game Drive



Distance: Approx. 120 km
Drive Time: 2–3 hours
After an early breakfast at the lodge (served from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM), depart around 8:30 AM and head to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and rich wildlife diversity. Enjoy a full-day game drive where you may encounter lions, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, buffalo, and many bird species.
A hot picnic lunch will be served inside the park around 12:30 PM, followed by an afternoon game drive. In the late afternoon (around 4:30 PM), you’ll drive to Karatu for overnight.

Day 3: Karatu to Serengeti via Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge from 6:30 AM, then depart by 7:30 AM and drive through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping briefly at a viewpoint to admire the breathtaking crater. Along the way, enjoy en route wildlife sightings and Maasai villages.
Arrive in the Serengeti National Park in the early afternoon. After a picnic lunch at 1:00 PM, enjoy your first game drive in the vast plains of central Serengeti.

Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park



Wake up early for breakfast at the camp between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Depart for a full-day game drive around 7:30 AM, with the opportunity to spot the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo) and possibly witness the Great Wildebeest Migration (depending on season).
You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch around 12:30 PM at one of the designated picnic sites within the park. Continue with an afternoon game drive until around 4:30 PM, then return to camp for a hot shower and a relaxing dinner.

After an early breakfast at 5:30 AM, depart the camp by 6:00 AM and drive toward Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater by 9:00 AM for a half-day game drive in this wildlife-rich caldera.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at Ngoitoktok picnic site inside the crater around 12:30 PM. After the game drive, ascend the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha.
Depending on your flight schedule, you can:
Spend the night in Arusha (extra night can be arranged), or
Be transferred directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home.
